Our client is an established, high-profile design and development firm creating some of the most anticipated luxury residential and eco-wellness projects in Bali. Driven by innovation, local harmony, and high-quality craftsmanship, they are currently expanding their project footprint across two of Bali’s most iconic regions.
To support this rapid growth, they are seeking three dedicated, sharp, and reliable Site Supervisors to act as the eyes and ears on-site, ensuring stunning architectural visions are executed perfectly on the ground.
The Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for three distinct developments. Please indicate your preferred placement location in your application:
- 2 Site Supervisors – Based in Ubud
- Site Supervisor – Based in Uluwatu
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, you will lead daily on-site operations, managing contractors and workers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage site workers, and optimize labor productivity.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure strict compliance with project drawings and specifications.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and verify completed works against construction schedules, actively reporting any site issues or potential delays.
- Coordination: Smoothly coordinate on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate, detailed daily site records, progress reports, and logs.
- Safety First: Actively support and enforce on-site safety, health, and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a strong presence on-site:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of solid on-site construction supervision experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, contractor management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Attributes: High integrity, detail-oriented, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
