As their project portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of luxury villa, residential, and hospitality developments across Bali.
The Role
The Project Manager will lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and construction expertise to coordinate multiple parties and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, permits, regulations, and company standards.
- Manage project reporting, cash flow forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Review contractor performance, certifications, and project deliverables.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Oversee quality assurance and site safety compliance.
- Support procurement activities and contract administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience within construction or property development.
- Proven experience managing villa, residential, resort, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Bali-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate are preferred.
